Sheon Terms of Use

Effective date: July 30, 2026

Important. These Terms form a legal contract. Sheon is an adult-only social communication service. By creating an account or using Sheon, you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these Terms.

1. Contracting Party and Scope

Sheon is published under the developer name Ercanbrack Events and operated by ERCANBRACK EVENTS, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the Sheon Android app and related account, profile, discovery, one-to-one audio and video, messaging, media, purchase, advertising, support, and safety functions (the “Services”).

The Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy are incorporated into these Terms. If you do not accept all applicable terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility: 18 or Older

You may use Sheon only if you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law. You must not help a minor open or access an account, permit a minor to participate through your account, or misstate age or identity to bypass a safeguard.

If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Sheon may request reasonable information to confirm age, identity, account ownership, or eligibility and may restrict access while verification is pending.

3. Your Account

  • Provide information that is accurate, current, and yours to provide.
  • Keep credentials confidential and do not sell, rent, lend, or transfer the account.
  • Maintain control of the email address, phone number, or other login method connected to the account.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe the account or device has been compromised.
  • You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

One person may not operate deceptive, automated, or bulk accounts. We may reject usernames or profile content that impersonates another person, infringes rights, misleads users, or creates a safety risk.

4. How Sheon Works

Sheon enables adults to discover and communicate with other users through profiles, text, voice, media, and one-to-one audio or video sessions. Availability, matching, recommendations, connection quality, and feature design may change. We do not promise any particular match, response, audience, compatibility, income, relationship, or outcome.

Sheon does not universally verify identities, statements, backgrounds, intentions, or offline conduct. Exercise judgment, protect personal and financial information, and use report, block, and call-ending controls whenever an interaction feels unsafe.

5. Camera, Microphone, and Recording Rules

Camera and microphone access is activated only after Android permission is granted and you use a feature that requires it. You can revoke permission through device settings, but calls, voice messages, or capture features may stop working.

You must obtain every consent required by law before recording, capturing, publishing, or redistributing another person’s image, voice, message, or call. Do not assume a communication is confidential: a recipient may preserve it using tools outside Sheon. Covert recording, voyeurism, sexual exploitation, blackmail, and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited.

6. Rules of Conduct

You must not use the Services to:

  • violate law, court orders, sanctions, or another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights;
  • harass, stalk, threaten, shame, coerce, extort, exploit, deceive, or discriminate against another person;
  • create or distribute child sexual abuse material, groom or solicit a minor, facilitate child trafficking, or otherwise endanger a child;
  • post or transmit non-consensual intimate material, sexual violence, credible threats, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or content that promotes self-harm;
  • impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent age, operate romance or investment scams, or seek credentials or financial details through deception;
  • send spam, unauthorized advertising, malware, automated messages, scraping requests, or disruptive traffic;
  • reverse engineer, bypass access or safety controls, probe security, manipulate rankings or advertising, or interfere with the Services; or
  • buy, sell, exchange, or transfer accounts, virtual items, credits, or access outside an authorized Sheon feature.

7. Content You Provide

You keep ownership of original content you submit to Sheon (“User Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, cache, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and technically modify User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Services, comply with your settings, enforce these Terms, and meet legal obligations.

The license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except where copies remain with another user, in technical backups, in a safety or legal record, or where continued retention is otherwise permitted by law. You represent that you have all necessary rights and that your User Content complies with these Terms.

Feedback and product suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

8. Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement

Use the report or block tools available from a profile, chat, call, or other relevant screen. Reports must be truthful and submitted in good faith. Do not download or email suspected child sexual abuse material; use the in-app reporting path and follow the Child Safety Policy.

We may use automated systems and trained reviewers to assess suspected abuse. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, end an interaction, reduce distribution, limit features, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, prevent re-registration, preserve evidence, or contact authorities. Moderation does not guarantee that every violation will be found or prevented.

9. Child Safety

Sheon has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). The Services are not for minors. The Sheon Child Safety Policy describes prohibited conduct, reporting options, review procedures, enforcement, cooperation with qualified authorities, and our designated child-safety contact.

10. Digital Purchases

Sheon may offer consumable credits, digital items, feature access, or other virtual benefits through Google Play Billing. The purchase screen displays the item, price, and material terms before payment. Unless a purchase screen expressly identifies a recurring subscription, the purchase is not an automatically renewing subscription.

Digital items are licensed, not sold; have no cash value; are not legal tender or stored value; and may not be transferred, traded, or redeemed outside authorized features. We may correct a balance affected by error, refund, chargeback, fraud, or unauthorized activity.

Google Play processes payment credentials and applies its billing and refund rules. Except where law requires otherwise, completed and consumed digital items are non-refundable. Account deletion does not itself create a refund. Contact Google Play or us if you believe a charge was unauthorized or a purchased entitlement was not delivered.

11. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Sheon may show contextual or personalized advertisements where permitted. Advertising and analytics partners may process limited device, activity, and advertising information as explained in the Privacy Policy. An advertisement is not our endorsement of the advertiser or offer.

The Services may rely on or link to third-party tools, websites, SDKs, or platforms, including Google Play. Their separate terms and notices apply to their products. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s content or practices except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Sheon Intellectual Property

The software, interfaces, visual design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content provided by us or our licensors are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Android app for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, sell, publicly distribute, create derivative products from, or use Sheon branding without authorization, except to the limited extent that law expressly permits and does not allow the restriction to be waived.

13. Changes, Availability, and Beta Features

We may add, change, suspend, or retire features to address security, safety, law, technical limits, demand, or business needs. We will provide notice where required. Experimental features may be incomplete, changed without notice, or unavailable in some locations or devices.

14. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

You may stop using Sheon at any time. You can request permanent account deletion through the app or the Sheon Account Deletion page. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address safety or fraud, comply with law, protect users, or discontinue the Services.

After termination, your license ends. Provisions that logically must survive—such as ownership, payment obligations, retained-content permissions, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

15. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, PARTICULAR USERS OR RESULTS, OR THE ACCURACY OR SAFETY OF USER CONTENT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERCANBRACK EVENTS, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR CONDUCT OF ANOTHER USER OR THIRD PARTY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THROUGH SHEON IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ERCANBRACK EVENTS, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of Sheon, your User Content, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our unlawful conduct.

18. Disputes and Applicable Law

Before filing a claim, you and we will make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve it informally. Send the facts and requested resolution to the contact below. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ERCANBRACK EVENTS, LLC and the transaction, without applying conflict-of-law principles to the extent permitted. A claim may be heard by a court with competent jurisdiction.

Mandatory consumer protections and legally required access to local courts remain available. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Updates and General Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Sheon, safety practices, law, or operations. Material changes will receive notice where required. If you continue using the Services after updated Terms take effect, the updated Terms apply unless law requires a different form of acceptance.

These Terms and incorporated policies are the complete agreement about the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them with a business transfer or reorganization subject to law.
