Sheon Child Safety Policy

1. Our Commitment

These public standards are issued by ERCANBRACK EVENTS, LLC, operator of Sheon and publisher under the developer name Ercanbrack Events. They apply worldwide to profiles, discovery, text, voice, images, videos, one-to-one calls, reports, and every other Sheon feature.

These standards form part of the Sheon Terms of Use and operate together with the Privacy Policy.

2. Adult-Only Access

Sheon is restricted to adults aged 18 and older. Minors may not register, use another person’s account, participate in calls or chats, or be invited into adult interactions. Users must not falsify age, help a minor bypass controls, or knowingly connect a minor to the Services.

When we reasonably suspect that an account belongs to or is being used by a minor, we may immediately limit access, request age or ownership verification, preserve information needed for safety, and close the account.

3. Key Definitions

Child or minor means anyone under 18, regardless of a different local age rule for another subject.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, grooming, enticement, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking for sexual purposes, coercion, and facilitation of sexual contact with a child.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) means a visual depiction of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct or otherwise sexually depicted in an abusive manner. It may include photos, videos, live streams, drawings, altered media, or computer-generated and AI-generated imagery where covered by law or these standards.

4. Conduct and Content That Are Never Allowed

A user must not create, request, upload, send, stream, store, trade, promote, normalize, link to, or help another person obtain:

• CSAM or sexualized imagery of a child;
• grooming, enticement, sexual solicitation, or arrangements for sexual access to a child;
• requests that a child create or transmit sexual content, including self-generated material;
• sextortion, blackmail, threats, coercion, or humiliation involving a child or a person presented as a child;
• child sex trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or offers to buy, sell, or exchange access to a child;
• instructions that facilitate concealment, distribution, or evasion of detection of CSAE or CSAM;
• sexual role-play in which a participant is represented as a child; or
• content that identifies, mocks, blames, or exposes a child victim.

Claims that material is fictional, humorous, educational, artistic, AI-generated, or created outside Sheon do not excuse prohibited use. Legitimate authorities or qualified organizations must use appropriate legal and secure channels, not ordinary user features.

5. In-App Reporting and Blocking

Sheon provides an in-app mechanism for users to report safety concerns. From the relevant profile, chat, or active or recent call screen:

1. select Report or the safety-menu control;
2. choose Child Safety or the closest available category;
3. provide a concise description, username, time, and other non-illegal context; and
4. submit the report and use Block if you do not want further contact.

A person may report conduct directed at someone else. Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. If in-app reporting is unavailable, email dianaperkinsdianaperkins@gmail.com.

6. Do Not Copy or Email Suspected CSAM

Do not download, screenshot, record, forward, reproduce, or attach suspected CSAM to an email. Use Sheon’s report control and provide only safe contextual information, such as an account name, profile link, approximate time, and written description. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement without delay.

In the United States, suspected online child sexual exploitation may also be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

7. How Sheon Responds

Safety reports are triaged according to apparent urgency and risk. We may combine trained human review, automated detection, account history, content, communications metadata, device or network signals, and information supplied by reporters. Appropriate action may include:

• ending a call or restricting messaging and discovery features;
• removing or disabling access to prohibited content;
• suspending or terminating accounts and preventing repeat registration;
• preserving relevant evidence in a secure, access-controlled form;
• protecting a reporter, victim, or other user from retaliation or renewed contact; and
• reporting confirmed or apparent CSAM and related conduct to NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority when required or appropriate.

We do not wait for a criminal conviction before enforcing these product standards. We may act on a reasonable safety assessment while preserving any appeal rights required by law.

8. Cooperation With Authorities

Sheon complies with applicable child-safety laws and responds to valid legal process. We maintain a process to report confirmed or apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or an appropriate regional authority. We may make an emergency disclosure when permitted by law and reasonably necessary to address an imminent risk of serious harm.

Law-enforcement and government requests must use lawful channels and identify the requesting authority, legal basis, accounts or records sought, and required response date. We may reject or challenge requests that are invalid or overbroad.

9. Privacy, Evidence, and Appeals

Safety information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Access is limited to personnel and service providers with a legitimate need. Records may be retained to prevent repeat abuse, comply with law, protect victims, cooperate with authorities, and establish or defend legal claims.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, an adult user may appeal an enforcement decision through in-app support or the contact below. Victim privacy, investigative integrity, legal restrictions, and safety risks may limit the information we can disclose.

10. Continuous Safety Measures

Our program combines an 18+ eligibility rule, account and age review, reporting and blocking controls, moderation, risk detection, trained escalation, repeat-offender enforcement, secure evidence handling, and cooperation with qualified authorities. We review these safeguards as threats, technology, law, and product features evolve.

11. Changes to These Standards

We may update these standards to address new threats, laws, or Sheon features. The public page will show the effective date of the current version. A change does not reduce our ability to act against conduct that violated a prior version or applicable law.

12. Designated Child Safety Contact

Google Play, competent authorities, and users may use this channel for child-safety policy questions or reports. Never attach or reproduce suspected CSAM.
